HistoryJust Cause Dancers, Inc was started by Johanna Cousin on April 6, 2006 in Oak Park, IL. Just Cause Dancers is a non for profit organization whose goal is to give the opportunity of dance to all. JCD educates students in all art forms of dance, enhances skills, teaches teamwork, promotes team spirit and self awareness, and provides performance and competition opportunities. JCD is dedicated to creating change in many different parts of the surrounding community in the hopes that we can improve lives through the art of dance, one person at a time.

MissionSince the creation of our organization, our team has made serious and successful strides. We aide in the belief that dance diversifies the human race and provides an outlet of expression. Resulting in advancing ones atmosphere, boosting self esteem, teaching diversity, promoting self love, health, and fitness, providing additional dance and academic education opportunities, and the helping individuals know the importance of helping others.
From corner to corner of our neighborhood , our city, and now focusing on the world, we've been able to create a change for the better. Our impact stretches far and wide, and impacts countless individuals. Now with over 14 years of success, we continue to work towards leaving our footprints in the hearts of the world. |
