Founder and Director

Jojo (nickname) started Just Cause Dancers, Inc April 6, 2006 to give the youth an opportunity to learn and showcase the art of dance at an affordable price. She began her dance career at the age of three. Jojo received her dance training at Joffrey and Illinois State University. Her professional career includes performing at the Billboard Music Awards, Theatrical Productions such as West Side Story and Grease, Finalist for SYTYCD Chicago, and more. Jojo is also an educator where she has taught grades K-8 for over 10 years and a High school Dance coach for IHSA. 

Janice

Chief Financial Director

Janice has over 30 years of financial experience. She has been with the JCD family since 2006. Janice oversees JCD's internal controls, sets financial targets for the organization, implements fund-raising strategies, engages with investors and sponsors, and monitors expenditures. Janice also communicates financial expenditures to clients and sponsors to assist with dancer's financial obligations.
